This is the traditional injera dish that we had whenever we ate at Ethiopian restaurants. We stopped at this traditional place on our way back into Addis after going to visit ACACIA village. It will be the new orphange for CWA. It was a great restaurant. We had our friends order for us since it all kind of looks the same. (Ha-ha- such foreigners!!) Tess would eat this 3 meals a day if she could. She just loves is!
