Tess and Kidus resting while watching TV, we were in the other room planning our big November fundraiser...Tess and I went to our friends Christi and Kidus's house for lunch with 3 other adoptive families. 3 of the kids were from Ethiopia and sweet little Becky is from China. We are all Christian World Adoption families. Each of us has been doing work on behalf of CWF so the director Louis put us in touch to see if we could help each other in our fundraising efforts. It's amazing what 4 determined moms can come up with inspite of 3 toddlers running around. We are going to plan a big fundraiser in November to continue raising funds and awareness for Acacia Village in Ethiopia...the wheels are in motion...keep us in your prayers -that we can pull it all together to help the sweet kids that are still waiting for forever families!!
