Black sheep, black sheep...
What is it about kids and animals...Every weekend the kids ask to go to a little farm near our house. They get to pet and hold animals, ride horses, feed goats, sheep etc... they just love it! I think Tess did not have much interaction with animals in Ethiopia judging by her fear of them and her peeked interest. She always wants to ride the horses but is very squirmy about holding any animal. She pulls away when they go to eat carrots out of her hand...I like bringing her here for the experience of interacting with different animals. Most kids get that experience when they are very young, she missed out...So off we go to the farm as often as we can!!
